Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were really friendly. My room felt comfortable and clean, with what looked like a recently updated bathroom. The Wi-Fi was strong, and Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO, and Paramount all worked without a hitch. I had a great stay at Motel 6 Payson and will come back when I'm in town.
We spent the night trying to get by with a window that wouldn't shut, dead USB ports, a broken microwave, and a smell like cat pee. We were out buying supplies to make it through the night, so being told afterward that we should've spoken up sooner didn't help. They didn't do enough to make things right, and the customer service was dismal. We know what to expect from a Motel 6, but this was ridiculous, a nightmare in our opinion. Hope this helps if you're weighing your options.
Check-in is easy, and the staff are polite and professional. I travel with my family and pets for my business, and I love that the rooms here are consistently spacious and clean. Great rates, too.
Our cross-country trip with four dogs turned into a few days here while our truck was being repaired. The estimate kept getting pushed back, so I really appreciated how friendly, professional, and flexible the staff were. Both rooms, 119 and 120, were clean and quiet, with no bugs that we saw. There was plenty of parking. I'd stay again anytime.
The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean, and I liked that it was both non-smoking and pet-friendly. The staff were professional, polite, and very accommodating. I'd happily stay here with my family whenever we're in the area.
