I came back a couple of hours after checkout to pick up clothes my spouse had left behind. I thought we were getting another room, though I had still checked out on time, but the room was inaccessible and so were our things. The front desk said I’d have to pay for a whole new room to get them. I paid, went to the office, and still couldn’t get my belongings or the room, and got no refund. This place is trash, the hotel and the people. OYO headquarters tried calling them and they ignored the calls. Is this how you treat people, especially pregnant people? I’ll take it further and file a police report.

The room smelled like poop and Fabulous, and about an hour after I checked in, the AC stopped blowing cold air. I reported it, and a man came to my room with his wife, who was very nice. He yelled that the dog was $50. I’d already said at check-in that I had a dog, and his wife told me it was okay. Of course I was going to pay for it if I hadn’t already. He pointed at my things and at the pizza my daughter was eating. I left at 7 pm and asked for my money back because I wasn’t staying. He said I’d have to call that weekend to get it back because the owner wasn’t there. I don’t know what’s going on, but avoid this hotel if you can. There’s a nice one right by it for the same price. Update, November 18th 2025: I contacted both the email and the hotel, and still haven’t heard back or gotten my $80.

I have pictures. I went to check in, parked, and walked into the room. Roaches were feeding on a dead roach and came out of the cable box. I went back and said I wasn’t staying, then contacted Priceline and emailed pictures to OYO corporate since they have a required brand standard.

They were supposedly under new ownership, but our room had no toilet paper, just one towel, a full garbage can, a used personal-size shampoo container, an unvacuumed floor, and a key that didn’t work. There was no ice machine, and the reservation was messed up. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I hate writing this. I’m not saying don’t come, but be aware. We booked in August 2023 for one night during the eclipse, April 7. They charged us when we made the reservation. At check-in, we were told that because ownership had changed, they had to charge us again at the previously promised rate and the old owners would reimburse us. That reimbursement never came. Now we’ve received a bill for over $700, and calling this establishment got us no help. I can’t stress it enough. Do not stay here. Don’t walk away, run as fast as you can!
