Deborah has been the best part of our stay so far. She’s friendly, helpful, and fun. The hotel itself is above average overall, and it’s clean. We liked breakfast the first morning, then chose to eat in town the next day.

The beds could be a bit softer, but that’s the one thing I’d change. For the price, I’d recommend this place. The accommodations and overall cleanliness impressed me, and the staff did a lot to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Deborah was especially kind and helpful when we checked in. Everyone was friendly.

We arrived quite late, but Debra was welcoming and made check-in easy. Even during the busy Tulip Time period, the staff stayed friendly and quick to help guests. We had a pleasant visit at the Baymont in Pella, and the location was great.

Downtown hotels were mostly full for Tulip Time, so we booked here instead. The room was clean, and the customer service was great. My kid enjoyed the pool, and it’s pretty close to town.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The amenities went beyond what I expected. Deborah and the rest of the staff were wonderful. One of the best motel stays I’ve had in a long time.
