Liberty made a lasting impression when we arrived exhausted. She was friendly, efficient, and so helpful, making sure we had what we needed. There was a big, comfortable sofa and the muted, elegant decor was easy on the eyes. The room had all sorts of thoughtful extras, from a lit closet with plenty of hangers and a laundry bag to spare sheets, a comforter, mattress cover, and blankets. The full-size fridge and kitchenette had proper dishes and silverware, a stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, and cookware. The TV was simple to use, with regular channels plus Pluto, YouTube, Prime, and more. The bathroom was well equipped too, including a walk-in shower. Families and business travelers will appreciate all those details. Between the room and Liberty's wonderful service, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mammie was the best part. We were in town for a wedding, and over our three days there she was personable and memorable. She gave us the inside scoop on places to eat and go for a good time. The rooms seemed questionable cleanliness-wise, so we wiped everything down ourselves. The complimentary breakfast didn't make the stay worthwhile either, and could use more variety.

I really like this hotel and its location, but the service seems to be slipping. I've stayed several times, and this time two nights cost $320, the same price as before but with less provided. At check-in there was no guest bag with snacks, just a bag with two water bottles. The kitchen was missing dish soap, and the bathroom had no makeup remover. Hopefully they'll make it right before my stay is over. Someone's falling behind on the little customer service details, lol.

The front desk clerk was very nice, and the rooms look good, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with pet allergies. Every room allows pets, and my carpet was literally covered in dog hair. Housekeeping left my trash and didn't vacuum, even after I asked at the desk. There's also a lot of highway traffic noise all night, and rowdy drunk teens across the hall were loud until around midnight. If you're allergic, this could easily send you to the hospital.
