The hotel is convenient for State Farm Stadium, with restaurants, Costco, Sam's Club, shopping, and Arrowhead Towne Center all nearby. The rooms were clean and functional, housekeeping came every other day, and I liked the free breakfast. Finding the hotel can be tricky, though. Its signage isn't very good, and it's hard to spot from the major streets.

I was there for 10 days while the hotel was in the middle of a lot of renovations. I was told my room had just been renovated, and the breakfast area reopened a couple of days after I arrived. I wish the website had mentioned the work before I booked. For several days the automatic doors were blocked, and workers had to move equipment so I could get my car out. The room was spacious and clean, with a great air conditioner, wet bar with a mini fridge, sink and microwave, and a convenient built-in desk. It had two TVs, though they were so close together it would've been hard to watch both at once. The air conditioner fan was loud, and the mini fridge wasn't very cold even after I asked someone to check it. It had no freezer, and closet and drawer space were very limited. The drawers were tiny. I don't know if it was a plumbing issue, but the toilet lid was always very wet when I lifted it. These were small hassles I could manage during my stay. Breakfast was consistently good, with a smaller selection but always a hot egg and meat option, plus the usual waffle maker, breads, oatmeal, and fruit. The area is great, close to Costco, Trader Joe's, lots of restaurants, shopping, and Arrowhead Towne Center, though Bell Road can get busy. A huge thank you to Reynette, who made check-in and my stay so wonderful. Her energy was infectious, and she was so helpful. On checkout day, the staff also held my luggage for the whole day while I was at work.

Cars racing outside made so much noise that I left a day early from the two-night stay I'd booked. When I told the manager, they did nothing to fix the problem and seemed to make things worse. I'll never stay at one of these hotels again.

I loved everything here apart from the pool. It was small and awkward to reach, tucked behind the hotel parking lot like it had been added as an afterthought. The sun damages the key entry, so after using the pool you have to go around to the front of the building to get back inside.
