The room was disgusting, and I barely made it through eight hours before giving up and leaving. Floors were dirty, the coffee maker and fridge hadn't been cleaned, every sheet had stains, and there were dead bugs all over. Even the shampoo and conditioner bottles were half open. The service and cleanliness were way below standard. The photos say plenty, and “you get what you pay for” doesn't fit this situation at all. I won't go back to this hole in the wall.

We didn't stay. The room was filthy, from the floors and furniture to the sheets, and the woman who unlocked it looked dirty and was coughing badly. The pictures are VERY misleading, and the whole place felt sketchy. At check-in, the clerk couldn't program a key card and wanted us to come back to the office late after the football game so he could let us into the room. When we asked for a refund, he couldn't process it properly and was $9 short in the till. We took the loss and left. Don't waste your time or money.

We arrived around 11:15pm after calling at about 6:30pm to say we'd be checking in late. They'd said that was fine. After-hours check-in was through a locked glass door, and someone was ahead of us. When she finished, the staff member took her things, turned out the lights, and went into the office. We called several times before she finally answered, only to say there was no vacancy. She then claimed management had changed the day before, despite our reservation and earlier call. We drove to a convenience store and phoned hotels from the parking lot until we found an open room, at four times the price. I'd booked months ahead for parents weekend based on good reviews of the staff and cleanliness. Stay away.

They were close to I-35, with a travel stop and restaurant nearby. After the manager follow-up, I was offered a free night, which is a good deal for a stay that costs $40 to $60. But my reservation had been reconfirmed, and they still canceled it for overbooking. I'd driven 31 miles after a 12-hour shift at OSU and arrived at 11:57 pm, then had to drive an hour and a half home, getting there at 1:40 am exhausted. They told me to take it up with my reservation agent.
