During the winter storm, I could make soup and cook breakfast in the room. Kroger was next door and Walmart just down the street. The room was clean and private, and there was free coffee downstairs all day and night.

The room itself was okay apart from a strong onion smell, and check-in was quick and easy. But the cleanliness was average at best, and the halls smelled like marijuana. After my shower I found a long hair on me, definitely not mine since I have a buzz cut. There was another long hair on the counter under the spare toilet paper roll. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

It was quiet enough that we never heard other guests, even though the hotel was full. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around, with restaurants and stores nearby. We were visiting museums in the area and stayed one night. Customer service was outstanding from the warm welcome at check-in to the genuine interest in how our stay went at checkout. A great option for a good night’s rest if you’re passing through.

The hotel is quiet, clean, and affordable, and right off the highway. Check-in at the front desk was easy. I’d stay here again.

Do not stay here. Someone was allowed to book a room under another name and use 14000 points from my account for a free night. The police think an employee may be behind the fraudulent activity.
