We come here a couple of times each year, and the staff are always welcoming, especially Patty. They try to accommodate requests, and the rooms each have their own character, nothing cookie cutter. The lounge is small, but the pizza is the best around. We highly recommend the Riverbank Lodge.

The lounge food and pizza were great, and everyone on staff was amazing and helpful with all our questions as visitors from Oklahoma City. They even kept our leftover pizza in the kitchen refrigerator since we’d reserved the small room. The locals in the lounge were friendly and helpful too. We’ll definitely reroute through here on our next road trip across the states. It’s in a beautiful spot, and the rooms are great.

We held a family reunion here for 30 people. The staff were very accommodating and the price was quite reasonable. We used the main lobby to gather and the meeting room for meals. The location worked well for us, and the town square had good food and nice shops.

Check-in was effortless, and even though I got in at 11:45 p.m. after flying from Vegas, I could still order some really good food to my room. It’s very accommodating for its location and well managed. For anyone flying in from out of town, it’s a 30-minute trip northwest of Springfield and makes an ideal stop to break up a cross-country trip. I’m surprised it’s only rated two stars. Well done!

We’ve been coming down for four years, and the employees are always kind and accommodating. RiverBank Lodge is the best relaxing place to stay around Springfield. The bar’s pizza and wings are the best around. I only wish I’d ordered extra to take home. Keep it up, see you soon!
