The mattress had pee stains all over it, and the bed was so worn out it should've been replaced about 15 years ago. Hair was everywhere, and the pillows were just as bad. After driving 14 hours, I was too tired to complain. Room 101, 2/3/26-2/4/26. I would've been better off sleeping on the ground.

Fantastic stay. The young man who drives the green Toyota was moving all over the place, getting everything up to standard. I saw him downstairs and then he'd already made it to the third floor. At check-in, the young woman who's been at the front the longest made sure I was taken care of. I think the front end manager in the office talked me through getting into my room. I thought the keys weren't working, lol. As a member of Corporate Management and a Majority Stake partial ownership of i, I was amazed by how I was greeted.

It's always a quiet stay here, and the staff really go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Management did a lot for me, and they know who they are. I'll keep staying here whenever I'm in town. Big ups!

There's lots of shopping and places to eat nearby, including Lowe's and a pub, and getting on or off 95 and 295 is easy. The hotel sits a little apart on a shopping campus, though. Depending on your plans around greater Richmond, the drive to attractions can be kind of long.

We stayed 9/5/25-9/9/25 and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, and everyone, from the cook and housekeepers to the front desk crew, was amazing. The TV gave us a little trouble, but we barely watched it anyway. Five star service from a five star crew!
