Mason at the front door set the bar for the whole staff with his upbeat, helpful attitude, which carried through our stay. The team were cheerful and helpful throughout. The facilities are top notch, and Vintage Chop House is a great restaurant with excellent staff. My wife and I had an amazing time and can't wait to go back.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in because of a staffing shortage, but Alexandra at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and was consistently kind and attentive. The Inn Cafe had fresh, hot coffee for free. Staff in the Sagamore room let us use their microwave for specialty foods for our children with special needs, then stayed open later for us the next day. Every part of our stay was amazing. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

We loved the food at every location, though the drinks were just okay. When I mentioned at check-in that it was my boyfriend's birthday, the staff sent a complimentary bottle of champagne and a nice card to our room. He also got a free dessert with dinner. What a wonderful stay!

The hotel is a real gem, and we'll definitely return. The decor and layout were lovely, and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch. The Cafe offered complimentary Starbucks coffee, and the free valet service was much appreciated. Staff at every turn went out of their way to make our day, and the service felt five-star at this four-star hotel. My one small gripe is the large shower amenity bottles. The body wash was empty, and of course I only found out once I was in the shower. I stay in about eight hotels a month, and this problem affects all the hotels using these bottles, about 10% of the time. I find it super annoying and hope hotels go back to minis. Highly recommended!

We had a suite for our anniversary weekend, and it was a good size. The food was fabulous, the spa was amazing, and Connie at the Cafe was so sweet. She even surprised us with a little anniversary gift. The only issue was how cold the bedroom and bathroom were. Turning up the heat warmed the rest of the suite too much without fixing those areas. At the front desk, we were told they faced the water and the wind coming off it was probably why they stayed cold. We made do with extra blankets and towels on the bathroom tile. It's still such a beautiful place, and we'll definitely come back.
