I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he checked us in on Friday night (01/02) and gave us amazing customer service. The lobby, elevator, and hall all smelled good and were clean. I enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back when I'm in town. Sorry I forgot his name, and kudos to him for such great service.

The stay was great, and the place was clean with good service. Construction nearby may slow you down a little, but I still had a great visit!

Everything seemed fine at check-in, but when I got to the room there were two small cockroaches, and the shower had no water pressure at all. I called the front desk and asked to switch rooms so I'd have somewhere to stay that night. The best they could offer was a refund, which left me without a hotel for the night.
