Jasmine, the front desk manager, and the rest of the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They were kind, attentive, and clearly cared about our comfort. Every question or request was handled quickly and professionally, and that personal service made a real difference to our trip. We had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the help. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a welcoming, stress-free visit.

The desk clerk was very nice, but housekeeping had gone for the day, and she didn’t give me anything to clean the dirty bathroom floor. I called the general manager and got no answer or callback. I’d love to post the photos of Room 402. I had a horrible stay while traveling with my church. There was a filthy chair in the room, and when I asked to move, no other rooms were available.

Even with a lot of traffic nearby, it was quiet inside. The Hilton scent throughout the hotel was nice, and the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was lovely and very clean, breakfast was terrific, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Carol at the front desk was the best. I was here for a four-day work conference, and the rooms were clean.

My family stayed here for a month while work was being done on our home. The front desk and the rest of the staff were very nice, and the breakfast crew paid special attention to my grandson as he was starting school. We appreciated how warmly everyone treated us.
