The building is well cared for, and the location and people are great. Mercedes made me feel welcome and was open with me from the start, which is what convinced me to live here. Whenever anything came up, she and the skilled maintenance staff dealt with it right away. You can't beat this place.

I've only been here about three months, but so far I like it a lot and would recommend living here. The building is clean, and the neighbors do their part to keep it that way. Some rooms have thin walls, so you can hear people next door, though the building is usually quiet. Mercedes, the property manager, has been helpful whenever something has gone wrong in my unit or the building, and every issue I've had has been resolved.

I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes, and this is the best one for me. The units are spacious and well kept, and the area is great. Mercedes and Bobby are especially good at responding and really seem to care about the tenants, going out of their way to help. The staff and other residents are friendly too. I've got nothing negative to say, which is unusual for me.

The apartments have plenty of space and are fairly priced for the neighborhood. Mercedes, the leasing agent and building manager, has been quick to respond and helpful whenever I've needed maintenance or other assistance. I love living here and hope I can stay forever.
