Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia-Midtown by IHG

Breakfast had plenty of variety, and Kevin, Anthony, and Preston did a great job keeping the busy room served. The entrance looked lovely with its Christmas decorations for the Holidays, and the whole place was beautifully done and clean. Check-in was quick, and the two young men at the front desk, one white and one black, were delightful, helpful, pleasant, and professional. They represent the Hotel with pride. Our room was huge, quiet, clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities you can think of, which is rare nowadays. The bed was cozy, with crisp sheets and a clean white cover. Those white towels were lovely too. Kudos to the housekeeper Azayha, I know I have it wrong, but he REALLY deserves the best acknowledgment! What a team. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The toilet area was a little tight. It worked for a trim person like me, though an average American might find it confining. Staff were wonderful, the rooms are updated, and the location is really good. $39 for parking is worth it. Park the car, then walk or rent a bike.

Our nonprofit had a great experience with the Holiday Inn Express - Midtown Philadelphia location. The meeting room was kept ready and clean, and our hotel rooms were clean too. Quinn was extremely helpful with booking and hosting, and the rest of the team was friendly and responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. The location was excellent, and the rooms and meeting space were fantastic value.

During a major snowstorm, I stayed here while working night shifts as a nurse. Caleb, the manager, was kind, professional, and accommodating during the declared weather emergency. He arranged an early check-in and late check-out so I could rest safely between shifts, and that meant more than I can express. His compassion and understanding stood out in a stressful situation. I've told my hospital manager and leadership how positive the experience was. I'm very grateful for the exceptional service and highly recommend the hotel.
