We spent a weekend here in October, and everything went smoothly. The room was huge, clean, updated, and had a beautiful river view. Breakfast had lots of choices, including my favorite, the signature pancake machine, and the dining area was spacious and clean. Parking cost $38, more than I expected even in a city. I usually prefer Holiday Inns, and this one was top notch. We'd recently had a terrible stay at another Holiday Inn in Pennsylvania where the AC didn't work at all and we had to leave in the middle of the night. This location was way, way better, and I'd come back.

Lisa at the front desk really lifted our whole stay. Every day I had a question or needed something, and even though we'd forgotten so many things, she was always ready with a smile and a helpful attitude. The cleaning and service staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. We loved how easy it was to walk to historical sites, good shopping, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The employees here are amazing!

The room was nice, and I liked having secure parking right on site and close by. Service was good. I'd heard some people mention nighttime noise, but a little white noise was enough that it didn't bother me. Breakfast was fine, pretty much the standard hotel fare. I just wish they'd kept the food hotter.

The morning view was amazing, and the room was clean. The staff were great, and breakfast was satisfying. The shower took at least 10 minutes, maybe longer, to warm up. Also, the vending machine on the 10th floor was empty and kept one of my $2. Still, it was a great stay, and I'd come back if I'm in the area.

We got to the Holiday Inn express after a nightmare at the airport, and Judah promised right away he'd get us taken care of for the night. While juggling things, he kept eye contact, smiled, and reassured us we would have somewhere to stay. He was doing the same for everyone else waiting, too. The world needs more people like Judah!
