Luxury Apartments by Hyatus Center City

We’d gladly book this condo again. It was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a kitchen that had what we needed to cook. Having covered, secure parking downtown was a huge plus. The host was responsive before and during the visit, and took care of a small maintenance issue promptly.

The complimentary spot in the connected garage was the best part, since parking is always a hassle on our trips to Philly. My wife and I have visited several times over the years and really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatus. The apartment was clean, nicely designed, and matched its description, which isn’t always what I’ve found elsewhere. The staff were helpful and kind, and the location was great. I’d recommend Hyatus.

After a full day out exploring Philadelphia, it was lovely to return to such a comfortable, relaxing place. Restaurants, cafes, and attractions were all an easy walk away, and communication with the friendly, helpful hosts was smooth. Check-in and checkout were effortless. The furnished apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean, with cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, stylish furniture, and modern amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return on our next trip.

Our host, Tatenda, was professional and quick to respond whenever we reached out, and we’ve already booked another month-long visit for November. We stayed here from September through late October and couldn’t have been happier. The location was good, with access to public transportation and some great restaurants. We’re looking forward to coming back.
