The pigeon problem here is awful, and the HOA doesn’t respond. Gates keep breaking or staying open, and a friend’s car was broken into. The mailboxes are broken, and the whole complex went weeks without getting mail. The gym needs an update, parking isn’t sufficient even for residents, and the hallways and stairs are never cleaned. There are decades of debris and bugs throughout the walkways. There’s only one trash bin, all the way at the back, which makes hauling everything a little inconvenient. Not sure this place is worth the money. And the pigeons are especially bad!

This place could be amazing if someone regularly cleared the dead leaves from the parking lots and cleaned the stairways and stairwells now and then. As it is, the grounds aren’t cared for as well as they could be. Dead foliage is always scattered around, and the stairs between units stay dirty from people taking out trash and leaving grease drippings everywhere.

The location is the only thing I still love about this place. I’ve lived here for over 10 years, and the property has gone downhill every year. When I moved in, it was beautiful, with trees, grass, and flowers. Now, whenever a storm knocks over a tree, they remove it and don’t replace it. Everything has turned to rocks, there are no flowers, and the landscaping is neglected. There used to be a property representative in the office every day to talk to about concerns. Now the management company says I can’t speak directly to HOA board members. Its representatives keep changing every few months, and I’m repeatedly told the last person is gone and given someone else to contact. The gym, clubhouse, and pool equipment are all old, dating back to when the complex was built. The gym still has box TVs. The carpet flooded, and they keep pulling it up to dry and putting it back down. It’s filthy, but they won’t replace it. We’re charged too much each month for a property with no reliable representatives and no upgrades at all. I can’t wait to sell my unit and move. I’m very disappointed with what this place has become.

The location is great, right off the 202. I used to visit a friend who stayed here on weekends, and the main problem was the lack of guest parking. It was really annoying and inconvenient. He also had to deal with nosy neighbors prying into people’s personal business. When his door was open, they’d walk into his apartment, start conversations, and inspect the place.
