Raquel, the General Manager, is the reason I’d recommend staying here. She’s attentive, responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and valued. The hotel itself is starting to show its age, and I know an older property comes with challenges, but her leadership and genuine care make a big difference. Because of Raquel, my extended stay has felt welcoming and well managed.

I’ve been here since August, and Chamar, Raquel, and Sabrina in the front office have made sure my family and I have what we need. I’ve had nothing but great interactions with them, and their customer service has been top tier. They’re the reason I keep staying here. They work hard to keep the property looking as good as they can, even while dealing with more than they should have to, including rude guests. These three ladies deserve a lot more recognition. Thank you for making our stay as good as possible!

I compared prices for weeks, and the rate was right, even though the location isn’t the best and the rooms could use updates. My stay is 3-4 weeks. Sabrina is a bright spot. She’s welcoming and patient, greets me whenever she sees me, and I’ve seen her cleaning both inside and outside the property. Great customer service from her. Thank you, Sabrina.

I’ve never heard of a hotel rejecting a reservation like this, and I won’t book here again. I own a trucking company and put drivers in hotels and motels all the time. This room was booked and confirmed for my truck driver after his truck broke down. When I called to ask about early check-in, even for an extra fee, the front desk was rude and said, “NO, WE JUST CAME IN to work”. What does just coming in to work have to do with my question? I thanked her anyway, said no worries, and told her he’d come back at regular check-in time. Then my driver called to confirm the reservation and they rejected it because we’d booked through a third-party site. They said we had to call that site to cancel and get a refund. The woman, Sabrina, and another staff member, whoever she was, acted like they had authority to reject a reservation that was already confirmed. I hope management looks into this and does better. Stay away.
