Hilton Phoenix Suites

We loved having a separate place to sleep and hang out, and the room was so quiet even though we saw plenty of people outside. The balcony view was unbelievable, and the glass elevators gave us a cool geometric view on the way to our floor. The bathroom was huge, with space for me and two of my daughters to get ready. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and breakfast ranks among my top five hotel breakfasts. Everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. From the warm welcome and goodie bag at the desk to the rest of the stay, it felt like heaven.

Steven greeted us at the front desk and was professional, informative, and really friendly. The goodie bag was a fun surprise. We had a very pleasant stay during fan fest last year, so we came back for a family staycation at the end of the school year. I'm already excited to return for fan fest! 10/10, would recommend 😊

The refrigerator made a loud noise all night, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell from the moment we walked in. There were visible bubbled leaks on the bathroom ceiling, the sheets smelled strongly, and the room felt unclean and uncomfortable. We had booked two rooms, and this was the one with the problems. I reported everything to the front desk right away. Since we were leaving early for our daughter's graduation at Arizona State University, I couldn't switch rooms. I was told I would get a 50% discount, so we stayed, but later an email said the discount hadn't been documented and the full price would stand. That lack of follow-through was extremely frustrating. I have a video recording of the refrigerator noise, but Google reviews isn't accepting videos right now. For a Hilton property, I expected better communication, proper records of what staff promised, and a room that met basic comfort and hygiene standards. The mildew and maintenance issues, along with the customer service, were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying unless room upkeep and staff follow-up improve significantly.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lobby was clean too. Breakfast was free in the morning. I had a good night's stay and recommend this hotel.
