SureStay By Best Western Phoenix Airport

My flight was delayed by several hours, so I expected a problem when I arrived late, but there wasn't one. I called from the airport about the shuttle, and the young woman at the desk gave me detailed directions and was very helpful. Even with several people waiting, check-in went quickly and easily. The room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in Phoenix.

For $75, this was a great deal. The SureStay was renovated in July 2025, and our room was spotless, right down to the corners. The bed was comfortable, the bedding looked new, the fridge worked, and the microwave was new. The 50-inch flat screen was easy to use, and we could park right outside our door. There's an airport shuttle every hour, all day and night. My only small complaint is that there's no food within walking distance. I don't usually write hotel reviews unless a place is awful, like that scary motel in Kingman where they gave us old drapes when we asked for an extra blanket, the same kind hanging in our windows but with smaller holes. This stay was the opposite. If you want an inexpensive place in excellent condition, this is it.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious, which honestly surprised me after my initial assumptions. Depending on who's next door, though, the room might feel a bit tight. The place offers gated on-site parking for $15 a day on nights you're away, plus free airport shuttle service and breakfast. The shuttle leaves on the hour every hour and stops at several places along the way. The driver was friendly, and I'll attach his card. The location isn't the best, but being close to the airport is probably why most people are here. Pick up supplies beforehand or order DoorDash later. For what you get, it's a bargain worth the money.

The towels smelled like dirty socks, and the soundproofing was awful. On the second floor, the room shook whenever people walked in the hallway or in the room next door. The hotel looks new, but I wouldn't recommend it. Don't leave anything behind. When I called the front desk about something I'd forgotten, they kept putting off a clear answer and later said they hadn't found it. Housekeeping stole the item left behind by a guest.
