I toured Saiya in downtown Phoenix after a friend who lives there told me about it, and now I understand why they love the place. The 7th floor amenities were great, and the 23rd floor lounge, pool, and hot tub had stunning 360° views. It's also easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. They hold monthly resident events, which sounds ideal for someone like me who enjoys socializing and building community. The building feels luxurious from the moment you enter, with beautiful design, upscale finishes, and a welcoming atmosphere. Alexis, the leasing agent, listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions, and made the tour easy and enjoyable. The property manager Kacey was kind and amazing too. The team seems to genuinely care about residents. Saiya is a beautiful luxury community.

I've lived at Saiya for a few months and honestly have no complaints. I've lived in several states and a lot of apartments over the years, but this is my favorite. I'm new to Phoenix, and the location and amenities are top tier in my book, so I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. ALEXIS is the best. She makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in, and single-handedly goes above and beyond with events, building upkeep, and making you feel like family. Trust me, you need to tour this place.

The rooftop views are beautiful, and the amenities are comfortable to use and really well maintained. Alexis at the front desk is always kind and friendly, and she makes a huge difference. I've had a great experience at Saiya. Definitely recommend touring if you're considering it :)

The layout and size of the units were a big selling point for me. My corner unit has a wraparound balcony that connects to the bedroom, and the natural light makes the place feel even bigger. I also love the scenic spots around the building where I can work. My apartment faces the quieter side, and I hear birds throughout the day. The palm trees still feel surreal. My fur babies spend hours in the sun by the windows and balcony, and my partner and I look forward to the incredible sunsets on our days off. There's a strong community here too. DUO hosts monthly First Fridays with music, food, and drinks, so it's easy to meet people. The location feels lively but still calm, and daily life is enjoyable, almost like a permanent vacation. I love the artwork, textures, and design, which give the building a calm, stylish, almost Tulum-like feel that's both elevated and relaxed. The staff have made the experience especially good. Samantha made pre-leasing easy and comfortable, giving a genuine, unrushed tour and explaining everything from the rooftop pool to the two-story gym while answering my questions. Alexis made move-in organized and stress-free, and she's been responsive whenever I needed help. Matt helped me transfer into a bigger unit and made it seamless. He's always available and easy to work with. Manager Kacey gets involved when needed and makes sure issues are resolved. She clearly cares about residents and how the property is run. Maintenance has also been quick, professional, and respectful. Living at Saiya has been amazing, from the first tour through move-in and my unit transfer. The building and amenities are top-tier, but it's really Samantha, Alexis, Matt, and Kacey who make the biggest difference.

Saiya is close to the Suns' arena and the Diamondbacks' ballpark, so you have easy access to games and the downtown entertainment scene. The location is a major plus. The building itself also stood out on my tour: its architecture and attention to detail make it feel modern and welcoming, and it's one of the most visually stunning buildings in Phoenix. It feels thoughtfully designed, with a high standard of luxury and comfort. Alexis made the visit especially memorable. She explained every detail clearly and took her time, making the tour feel personal instead of transactional. She came across as professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, with the kind of confidence and energy you'd want from someone representing Saiya. Between the design, location, and staff, the property is shaping up to be a premier place to call home. Based on this tour, its future looks outstanding.
