We’ve stayed here twice while visiting downtown Phoenix and will keep coming back. A friend suggested it because it’s close to the Light Rail, so there’s no need to drive or take a cab. Our suite was spacious, with a mini fridge and kitchen utilities that came in handy. The clean pool area is large, and there’s a hot tub too. The QI doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but you can order from a special food vendor menu, and the prices are pretty good. We hung out in the room with friends until it was time for the concert. It’s a way to save money compared with the bigger-name hotels.

The Quality Inn was convenient, clean, and affordable for my business trip, though it wasn’t the Sheridan. It’s less than a five-minute walk to the light rail, which made getting around easy. I’d recommend it to business or convention travelers hoping to save a little money.

The room was clean and modern, with a kitchenette, and breakfast was included each morning. I stayed three days in a suite for a conference and was very happy with it. The staff were very nice and arranged rides to and from the airport, plus there’s a free shuttle downtown. I’d stay again.

The location is the one drawback. The area felt a bit shady. Otherwise, the staff were very nice, everything seemed in order, and I’d have no problem coming back.
