The rooms feel comfortable, almost like home, with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. This was my second stay, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The customer service and the way the hotel is represented are beyond five stars. General manager Douglas pays exceptional attention to detail and guest needs. The whole team is great, including Adrian, Zak, and Kelly. A big thank you to all of you for our stay. I’ll refer family and friends when they come to town.

Good value for the price, and both Pelotons were working, which you don’t often see in goat hotels. The room was fine, though I found some belongings left by previous guests and handed them to the front desk. Not a great sign. As usual, I added helpful pictures of the gym.

They even extended our checkout from noon to 1 p.m., which we really appreciated because our daughter had a soccer game at 2. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean with everything we needed for a short stay. I’d strongly recommend this location. A+ stay!

The hotel is amazing, but the deposit situation was a real inconvenience. They charged me $100 when I checked in Thursday, then another $300 hold came out Friday morning. Staff quickly got the hold released, but it took a while for the money to come back. Since I was from out of town, that threw off my plans and the money I had available to spend.

The one-bedroom, apartment-style layout felt like a home away from home. Everything in the room felt new and fresh, and it was extremely clean and quiet. My stay at WaterWalk was much better than I expected. I’ll be back! :)
