Park Grove Inn

The breakfast area is always tidy, with plenty of choices, and the housekeeping is fantastic. The front desk team is friendly, knows their stuff, and seems to anticipate what you need. When my kids head toward the pool, they have towels ready before the children even get there. The pool and hot tub are inviting in winter, and the location is close to entertainment while sitting just far enough off the main road to avoid feeling buried in traffic. It feels family friendly enough that I’m comfortable letting my kids go to the vending machine alone. I’m not keen on the newer walk-in showers, though. I’m team bathtub. This is our favorite, and really our only choice, when we visit Pigeon Forge. The price and atmosphere are hard to beat. We had a fantastic trip, and Park Grove Inn feels like home away from home. We’re already planning another visit.

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the room. The Prayer “The Stranger within our gates” was the first thing we saw, and from the balcony there was a huge cross above the landscape, which felt like a reminder that Jesus is in control and watching over us. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, and our spacious room was comfortable and well kept, with spotless sheets and towels. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and tasty. The location felt safe and was convenient to shops, restaurants, gas stations, and expressways. Parking was included in the room rate, which added value. We had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

We were in P.F. for the first time and stayed just one night, but I was really happy with the service and atmosphere. Daniel, I think, was the front desk person who checked us in that night. He was kind and helpful. Our double room felt clean and comfortable, with towels, Wi-Fi, a microwave, coffee maker, TV, and a desk and chair. I forgot to take room photos. There are two pools, an outdoor one that was closed for winter and a heated indoor one, plus a hot tub open until 2 a.m. They also serve a simple breakfast in the morning, around 6 to 10, I don’t remember the exact hours, and it tasted good. If I come back, this will be my first choice.

Our kids loved their first hotel stay so much they didn’t want to leave. We’ve been here both before and after the renovations, and the staff are always friendly, especially the woman serving breakfast. Everything was clean and only minutes from everything we needed. Thanks, Park Grove Inn, for making the trip memorable. We’ll be back.
