Comfort Inn & Suites Pine Bluff

The room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. Booking was easy, and check-in was even easier. Every staff member was kind, considerate, and friendly. I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was. It's the most comfortable place I've stayed all year.

After we pushed for help, we were moved from the first room, where the TV didn't work and staff said nothing could be done. The replacement room was filthy, with carpets so stained we couldn't walk on them in socks. We paid in full for what was meant to be a clean, comfortable stay, and got a $24.63 refund on a $123 stay. My husband is a disabled veteran, and we expected basic respect and decent conditions, not excuses. The email below shows their response and my reply. After a long day at work, I just wanted an easy check-in and a chance to relax, and that's what I got for my first two nights. Marion, the hotel manager, greeted me with a smile and found my reservation without any trouble. He handed me the keys and said, “If we can make your stay enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to let any of the staff know. We’ll be more than happy to help.” I was surprised by how clean and spacious the suite was for what I paid. Everything looked perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the couch and chair were great. The pillows could've been a little bigger. The bathroom amenities and shower were good, and I slept well both nights. I expected a very minimal breakfast, but it was fresh and hot, with omelette and sausage patties plus other options. The touch-screen coffee maker was a nice touch, and the coffee was surprisingly good. At breakfast, I met Sharon Adway and asked if she'd made it. She said yes. I told her it was surprisingly good and I hadn't expected that. She replied, “Thank you, we strive to provide good service at breakfast.” The next morning breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious again. Both days, I saw Sharon wipe each table and push in the chairs after guests left. For a budget stay with great customer service, this place was a good fit. I'd recommend it and look forward to returning. Comfort Inn & Suites - Pine Bluff could feel like a home away from home if you're looking to unwind for a fraction of the cost.

The property was clean and nice, though a bit dated. Staff and management were the gold standard, and food service and housekeeping were excellent. Great experience!
