I needed somewhere safe, quiet, and clean when the pass was too icy to drive through, and this hotel worked well. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and they accommodated my medical alert dog. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The inside looks newly redone, aside from the room bathrooms, but everything worked well and was clean.

Whenever work leaves me needing an overnight stay in Pinedale, WY, this is my go-to. The young couple who own and run the hotel are friendly and kind. The rooms are cleaned well, and the bathroom plumbing works, which hasn’t always been my experience elsewhere. I’ll keep choosing Quality Inn.

The price was fair and the stay was what I expected from a Quality Inn, but the service stood out. I left behind a sun hoodie I’m really attached to, and I live nine hours away. The team found it in my room and offered right away to mail it to me. Thanks so much.

We’ll be back. The staff were great to deal with, the rooms were great, and they accommodated my family of seven. It’s a great place to stay if you’re passing through, and the breakfast was great too.

We chose the east one in Gillette, WY because it cost half as much as the west one. The motel’s older layout meant stairs up to the first floor, but the service staff were very helpful getting our gear around them, and I think they would’ve carried it for us. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage, just what we wanted.
