The worst part was being woken around 4 a.m. by a woman screaming. I don’t know what was happening, but I heard her and a few other people for about an hour. It was a bad experience all around, and I won’t book there again, especially for $243. That price was outrageous for the condition of the room. The elevator wasn’t working, so hauling luggage up the stairs was inconvenient. The second floor hallway smelled horrible. The room was dated, the walls needed paint, and there was a nasty ring in the tub. I bought cleaner to try to deal with it, then noticed the shower drain was clogged, which may have caused the ring. There was no mattress protector, and the mattress was stained.

The rooms were stained and really nasty. I waited about 10 minutes at the front desk without anyone helping until another man stepped in. One younger white guy, around 6 feet tall, was really cool and helpful, and seems far too good for this place. He should work somewhere better.

For my 9-day visit, the stay was about what I expected, and I’ll use Extended stay again. The front building trash can was overflowing, though, and the elevator didn’t work. We had to switch rooms because a drain overflowed, and the wall lamp by the bed was out.

I stayed with my family for three months while looking for a house, and the reasonable price helped. The staff were kind and supportive, especially Tatiana in housekeeping, Brian at the front desk, Rehab, and their manager Nathan. They were attentive and helped with what my family and I needed. My main suggestion is to improve the bathroom plumbing. I had clogged drains in all three rooms I stayed in. I’m very thankful for the service and support, and would recommend the place.
