We loved the peaceful little house and its grounds, with wildlife all around and the Natl. Parks nearby. After hiking, the sauna was fantastic. Mahalia and Bachrun were welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. We're already talking about coming back next year.

We had a great time in this rustic cabin. Being tucked in the woods without a TV was a welcome break for my family, and the amenities were good. It was ideally placed for exploring the area, near the entrance to kings canyon and sequoia national parks. The host was quick to respond and glad to help with what we needed.

A quiet, scenic cottage with a lovely private patio, and only about 20 minutes from the national park entrance. The artsy decor has a nice touch of rustic charm. It made for a perfect getaway near the parks.

This was our favorite place on a three-week trip around the US. It was lovely, in a convenient location, and comfortable for all four of us. We had a great time at the restaurant down the hill, too.

The cabin was cozy and felt personal, with lovely art and more room than the photos let on. We also loved looking up at the star-filled night sky, which was a treat for us city people. Mahalia and Bachrun were wonderful hosts. Before we headed up to the Sierra, they sent useful details about supermarkets and gas stations, and when we realized we'd forgotten eggs, they helped us out. Sequoia Park is close by, so it's a great spot for visiting. We wish we'd booked a longer stay and would love to return.
