There's a lot to do around the property, including tennis, pickleball, disc golf, an arcade, a pool, two hot tubs, and some lovely hiking areas. They also lend out plenty of board and card games to use in the recreation room or your own room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the internet worked great with our fire stick. Our one-bedroom suite could've been a bit larger, but it was nice enough, with beautiful forest views and a pretty cozy traditional spring mattress. There was no air conditioner, so it may not suit people who run hot in midsummer. It's a really nice resort in the Pinetop area, and a great pick if you want creature comforts while visiting the forest.

The huge hot tub was a favorite, and it was welcoming for all ages. We slept so well with no pets around and the property set back from the road. Everything felt made for families, and we had a great time. The rooms, grounds, and amenities were beautiful. Loved it.

The receptionist was rude and no help. We were assigned a studio despite other rooms being available, and the wall-mounted futon bed was cramped and uncomfortable. My husband and I aren't big people, but barely fit. Lights were on all over the place, including the microwave's bright light, and kept us awake all night.

The town area was really cute, with plenty to do. We came for my birthday weekend, and the place was beautiful, with every kind of amenity we needed. It felt like a five-star resort. Can't wait to return, highly recommend!
