The lobby felt welcoming after what looked like a recent renovation, and the bar and Bistro were pleasant, with good food at fair prices. My room also seemed recently redone. It was small, but since I was alone, that was fine. The shower head was nice, though the tub needed repair. After my first night, I woke with 11 bites on my shoulder. I didn't spot bed bugs during a quick check, but I had clearly been bitten. Management moved me to another room and said they would investigate. When I came back that evening, a new guest was leaving my old room, so either they found nothing or didn't care. I was traveling with colleagues, and none of them had the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Please ignore my earlier one-star post. This hotel deserves five stars. Our room with two queen beds was clean, spacious, and updated, and the valet was always on time and cheerful. We accidentally left some things behind after checkout, and the staff kindly kept them for my family to pick up that same day. The staff were professional and kind throughout. Wonderful service, and we'll be back.

We stayed here while visiting a family member in a nearby hospital. Mentioning that at check-in got us a reduced family rate, which was such a nice gesture. The room felt like an oasis, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful furnishings. We also liked having the Bistro close by, and the Starbucks on the property was a real plus. Thanks!

I love the valet, especially this time of year. By the time I get to my car, the snow has been cleared and it's already being warmed up. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, and they welcome me whenever I come back. My room is clean and looks great, and I haven't noticed much noise from nearby rooms. The dining area food is tasty, though a little expensive.

The king room and sofa bed were comfortable, and the valet service was great. The sofa bed only fit one kid, though, so our other child slept in the king bed. Staff were friendly, and the cafe put together a good quality, well-sized breakfast for my kids. The pool was cold for them and too cold for me too. It felt like it might just be there to count as an amenity.
