The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was handy since I didn’t rent a car. It comes every 45 minutes. My room was roomy and mostly clean, with a comfortable bed and a fridge that got super cold. There were decent food options nearby, and the hotel also offered breakfast and dinner. A good value for the price, and I enjoyed my one-night stay.

Alexis and Janet really came through when my flight was delayed. They helped arrange transportation from the airport and got me checked back into a room I’d checked out of at 4:45 am. The managers were reachable by phone at the airport and coordinated things quickly. They even gave me a free breakfast ticket and late check-in, which made a stressful day easier. I’d definitely return. The Hilton is on the nicer side, with a beautiful lobby and breakfast area. I preferred the breakfast menu to the buffet, and the shuttle to the airport was reliable, running every 30 minutes.

The front desk was rude, and customer service felt nonexistent. One staff member said she could make the same decisions as a manager even though she wasn’t one. The shuttle also doesn’t start until 6:00 am, unlike the 24-hour service most hotels in America offer. A party in the next room woke me at 1:30 am and kept going until 2:30. Nobody stepped in, and management didn’t seem to care. I stay in hotels all the time, and this was an absolutely horrible experience. Don’t stay here.

The place was nice to stay in, and shops and food were an easy walk away. My main issue was the “eco thermostat.” It wasn’t very sensitive and switched off the air after a short time if there was no movement.
