Green Acres Hotel

The manager, Kash, was friendly and went out of his way to make sure our large group had what we needed. Service was outstanding, and the rooms were super clean. We had an amazing stay at Green Acres. If you’re headed to Pittsfield, Green Acres is absolutely the “place for me!” And be sure to try the home baked cookies.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, safety, and fast internet are among the bigger things Green Acres gets right. There are also thoughtful extras like coffee and snacks around the clock, mini fridges, large TVs, convenient parking, and a welcoming lobby. The staff were friendly and professional, and the manager, Cash, is committed to giving guests a great experience. Night manager Larry goes out of his way to meet everyone’s needs. We’ve stayed at several places in Pittsfield, and this was easily the best. It costs a little more per night, but those extra dollars are well worth it. We saved some by booking online, too.

The beds were very firm, and the hotel feels a little dated, but I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed somewhere cleaner. Staff were friendly at check-in, and someone is always available if you need anything or run into trouble. There was a cute cookie jar with fresh chocolate chip cookies that played a tune from Green acrea when opened, plus popcorn for guests in the machine. Breakfast was good, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt, and more.

The management and staff were kind and accommodating, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and everything worked. The lobby felt welcoming and was nicely decorated. Fresh coffee was available all the time, and they served breakfast each morning. I’d stay here again.
