The Swiss Farm Inn

We loved unwinding by the fireplace on the living room couches, and the retro feel brought back memories of family vacations when we were kids. The property is beautiful, the service was great, and there’s current internet and entertainment too. It’s between great hiking trails and outdoor spots like disc golf, which we enjoy. With a huge kitchen and good group rates, it’d work well for a reunion or another gathering. I’m hoping to come back with more friends and family.

Having a bathroom in every bedroom made a big difference for our group of 29. Swiss Farm Inn has 14 bedrooms, so there was no need to compete for one. We’ve kept up this family reunion tradition for over 20 years, and we’ve never had a place with this much space. The huge living room meant everyone could spread out, and we had a great time. The rooms still have classic Vermont charm, just as we asked the owner to preserve. We’re all looking forward to coming back next year.

The living room had room for all 30 of us, and the restaurant-quality commercial kitchen was another highlight. We found the 14 rooms more than enough for our family group, especially since each room has a private bathroom. Swiss Farm Inn was ideally placed for seeing Vermont’s autumn foliage. We had a delightful stay and hope to return.

We were a group of 19, and the spacious living room and commercial kitchen gave us plenty of space to cook, eat, and hang out. Swiss Farm Inn is only about 10 minutes from Killington, which was really convenient for the opening weekend of ski season. We booked at the last minute, but everything was organized and ready. The shoes-off rule seemed a little unusual at first, then made sense when we saw how spotless the interior was. We all had an amazing time and booked again for February before leaving. A great spot for group trips.
