White House Suite

We’ve stayed here three times since September, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. I come to Indianapolis to see a transplant surgeon at IU, and I recently had major surgery there that means I need to stay for a week or two. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating. Before I was released from the hospital, they accepted a delivery of medical supplies and had all the boxes waiting in my room. We feel welcomed and cared for here. It’s very clean, quiet, and convenient to anything we might need or want, with solid-surface floors. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise on our first visit: full-size fridge and freezer, full-size microwave, two-burner stove, and a residential-style sink. There’s no breakfast, but free coffee is available, and weekly rates are offered, which we’re using. I learned to bring pots, pans, flatware, and cooking utensils. I understand why they don’t provide those items, since some people might steal them, and we had no problem bringing our own. It’s also close to a Catholic Parish.

I spent nearly two months at White House Suites and was impressed by how polite the staff were, and by the clean rooms and shared areas. It was especially quiet at night. The crew is small but very friendly, and every time I saw someone, they asked if I needed anything. The Wi-Fi worked solidly throughout my stay. If I need a place in the Plainfield area again, even for just a night or two, this will be my first stop.

The area is really convenient, with shopping nearby, and it’s a great place to stay if you’re stopping around here. Our room had a stovetop, fridge, and microwave, and the TV worked well. Shawn was really nice, and the room was clean. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the service was great. It’s also close to shops, restaurants, and other things you need. The price felt very fair for what we got. Highly recommend it.
