Candlewood Suites Plano North

Friendly, accommodating staff helped make the stay good. The laundry room is open 24 hours, though the washers leave too much water in clothes and they need extra time in the dryer. The beds were okay, with really nice bedding, but too soft for us. The furniture in our room was old and dirty, and left a lot to be desired.

The suite was spotless and cozy, and I didn't see any rodents or pests. There was plenty of space, with lots of drawers and storage, and the full fridge let me keep groceries and cook for myself. The kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, a tea kettle, cleaning tools, and a dishwasher, so keeping everything tidy was easy. I found it comfortable and convenient with my busy schedule. Candlewood Suites has all the amenities and services I needed, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home. The location was convenient too. No cons for me.

We've stayed here before without any problems, and we're gold and silver members. This time, we asked about late checkout the night before and were told to check in the morning. When we called, the new woman at the front desk said no because she'd already given late checkouts to other guests. Then at 11:06 she knocked and told us, “Yall just need to come up out the room!” I politely said I was putting my shoes on and heading out. She could've handled it with more consideration. People have paid for the service she's there to provide.

The front clerk was really kind and check-in was easy. My room was clean and comfortable, and they made the stay a pleasant one. My first overnight trip to Plano was comfortably enjoyable. I'd definitely book here again. Thanks, Candlewood Suites.
