ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Dallas Plano/Richardson

We couldn’t make our payment and had to leave, which was understandable. What wasn’t okay was that nobody told us when they planned to throw away our belongings, including items with personal information. I asked the receptionist on duty, who said she’d call back, but she never did. If our children’s identities are stolen, we know who did it and will call the police. The company should do better about telling customers when their belongings are being removed from a room.

The location is great, with good highway access. Kroger is 5 minutes away, Walmart and Target are 10 minutes away, and Whole Foods and chic fil a are 5 minutes away. All the ladies who work there are amazing, always around to help, and provide great service. The rooms are well serviced and comfortable, with plenty of movies to watch on the hotel TV, though a few services are restricted. If you travel relatively light, there’s plenty of room.

Trinity deserves special thanks for her professional, friendly service and courtesy. She really made the visit better. I had a great experience at Echo Suites Extended Stay in Plano/Richardson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The location was convenient but quiet, and I felt safe throughout my visit. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were very nice, but there wasn’t much here for an extended stay. There’s no outside common area to hang out, and the indoor one is extremely small. The room had a full refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, but no pots, pans, cups, or anything else. I was in town for an emergency and chose it because it was close to the hospital, but I quickly switched places after the first night. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at an extended stay hotel that provided nothing.
