There were billing problems too: I was charged several times in one day, and when I went to the desk to correct it, they charged me again. It took multiple trips to sort out and caused a lot of stress and financial frustration. Staff were rude, inattentive, and dismissive from a chaotic, unwelcoming check-in onward. I raised the problems with General Manager Amy, but she was unprofessional and unhelpful, dismissed my concerns, and showed no urgency or accountability. It made me question the leadership and standards here. The room was visibly dirty when we arrived. The linens looked unwashed, there was hair in the shower, and there were insects. The heater didn't work, and the washer was broken for our whole stay. Our key failed repeatedly, so we had to get new ones every time we left the room. There weren't enough towels, the drain was clogged, and a damp, musty smell lingered in the bathroom. I could see mold, which is a health concern, not just an inconvenience. The lock was broken, the area felt unsafe, and the parking lot had no lights at night. I didn't feel secure at any point. I rarely write reviews, but this was one of my worst stays, and future guests deserve to know. Management needs to address these problems for guests' basic dignity and safety. I won't return and can't recommend the property.

The price was reasonable, but this was absolutely not worth the hassle. On arrival, they couldn't find our reservation because apparently the manager hadn't checked his email. The desk clerk was working hard, but seemed brand new and very flustered. The hotel has seen better days. Renovations seem to have begun, though there was no sign of work in progress. Our room was cleaned adequately. Part of the first floor seemed to be used by a daycare or pediatric therapy business in some hotel rooms. Our early flight was the next morning, but the shuttle wasn't running because it needed repairs. They told us to take an Uber and promised reimbursement within a few days. I got that promise in writing and was reimbursed. Before leaving, we arranged a return shuttle for 11:45 a.m. on our return day using our flight details. When I called to confirm, the hotel had no record, so we booked again before boarding our final flight. Once we arrived, it took several calls to get the shuttle, which finally showed at 1:10 p.m., over an hour late. Several staff members showed no interest in fixing problems, following up, or troubleshooting. Stay elsewhere. Park, sleep, fly is disorganized chaos.

The smoke was everywhere all night. People were smoking in the elevator and on the second and third floors, despite the smoke-free advertising. At checkout, other guests were complaining about it too, and management didn't care. I paid for a suite but got a regular room. There was a cleaning rag left behind, and we had to move because the TV didn't work. The bathroom had no shampoo or body wash, and the chair was shredded, like it had been pulled from the garbage. I leave reviews when things go well too. People need to know what this location is like so they aren't caught off guard. Do yourself a huge favor and keep driving. Stay far away. Worst experience ever.

We got a room with the wrong number of beds, and it wasn't the room we'd been assigned. The service was terrible, and I never got my deposit back. I asked for a manager on Saturday night and was told one would be there Sunday. When I called Sunday, they said managers work Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. On Monday afternoon, I was told after 2:30 instead. Absolutely terrible.

The manager handled our room mix-up courteously and professionally, so I'd stay here again. We needed first-floor adjoining king suites with living rooms so several family members could visit together, since someone in our group has mobility issues. I usually book online through the hotel website, but called the reservation line this time to make sure we got them. At check-in, I was told our rooms were on the second floor, far down the hall. I explained the situation to the desk attendant, who brought in the manager. Within minutes, they found us side-by-side suites on the first floor. They didn't adjoin, but that wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel showed some wear but was maintained. A major water leak had closed the breakfast area, and repair crews were on site. The location worked very well for the places we needed to go. Thank you!
