The outside looks old, but inside our room had been remodeled and looked like a high-end hotel. It was very clean, the staff were great, and the price was even better. I was unsure about the lack of a lobby and in-person check-in, but staff could be reached by phone any time, and getting into the room was easy. There are plenty of food places and shops within walking distance.

Everything was simple and easy, and I'd stay here again. The rooms were clean, the mini kitchen was a solid setup, and the location near downtown was good.

I've stayed here several times and will definitely come back. Check-in has always gone smoothly, and the virtual process with private door codes is a neat touch. I also liked the amenities in the lobby and found the beds really comfortable.

The new owners have made some really nice changes, from the appliances and floors to the bedding and bathroom. The atmosphere is great, and everyone’s been easy to work with and quick to respond. I love what they’ve done with the place.
