We booked the conference room easily for my daughter's 10th birthday, and the whole event went really well. Casey was great at the front desk and breakfast bar. I was impressed and happy with the experience. Thank you!

The people here make this an easy choice for an affordable suite style hotel. The place is newly remodeled, stylish, and exceptionally clean, and the team is warm, professional, and seems to care. On my second stay, Laura handled a duplicate reservation by working through a complicated process with the manager and getting me a refund, without making me switch rooms or return keys. The breakfast attendant even let me grab juice and oatmeal 30 minutes after the cutoff while she was packing up. Lydia's help during a December snowstorm really stuck with me. At 7am in the dark, my rental car had no ice scraper and the windshield and mirrors were covered in three inches of snow and ice. The desk team didn't have one, so Lydia ran out to her own car in the snow and brought me hers. I've stayed here on two different weeks recently, and I'll come back when I'm visiting my client.

Laura, Tina, and especially William were so helpful during our stay. At 2am, William went out of his way to take care of our request, and they also gave us a late checkout. The rooms were lovely and clean, and we enjoyed the service and breakfast. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. We'll be back next time we visit.

William made the night check-in and my room request easy, and his welcoming, attentive manner made me feel like family. He was kind, efficient, and professional throughout. Lydia and William are real assets to the Hilton team, and I hope William gets recognition for his work. I look forward to staying again.
