Everyone seems to be giving 101% all the time and keeping up with Hilton standards to a T. I expected a simple, FREE breakfast, but the beds were unexpectedly the most comfortable in the world! Skyylee was so sweet. Give that girl a gift card for me!

The full kitchen was a nice surprise: sink, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, dishes, utensils, and even cooktops and skillets available on request. The roll-out table was nice too. The bathroom was small but functional. They use Zero hygiene products, and I can't say I'm a fan. It doesn't make my hair feel good, and the Zero body wash dries my skin. There's no Zero lotion, so please put lotion in the rooms! Breakfast was creative, with a DIY sandwich bar, waffles, and oatmeal. The pillows suck, though. I don't want one that goes flat when I lay my head down. Overall, it's a great hotel and I'd stay again.

It's a nice hotel, with a good pool and breakfast. My complaints are that the bathroom's barn door has no lock and a visible crack, and the room was so hot even with the air conditioner on. I think the poor bathroom fan after showers is why.

Some of the team were helpful and welcoming, though that wasn't true of everyone. At breakfast, the woman on duty seemed irritated when I asked about the food. The oatmeal had run out, the toppings were missing or nearly gone, and the area was a mess. Customers shouldn't have to feel like a bother for asking a question. We booked a king suite, and it was clean apart from a stain behind the refrigerator that I forgot to mention at the desk. The bed was okay, but the window shade let in a lot of light from the parking lot at night and even more morning sun. It needs attention. The pool and hot tub were crowded with kids, and we couldn't use the hot tub before it closed at 10. I travel here for medical care, and a hot tub helps with my condition. Please consider adult access around the clock and keeping kids' hours before 10. The water is hard, unlike at the Home2Suites in Idaho Falls, and my scalp and skin felt it during and after showering. At $300 a night, I expect a decent stay with soft water like at HOME. Please remind staff to treat customers kindly, or give people who can't do that a job away from the public.
