The markets are close by, and for what we paid, it was worth it. We stayed at Heritage inn for three days, and Adi, the manager, was really helpful.

There are plenty of other places around here with more class and nicer rooms. The front area was full of homeless people, and for these unreasonable prices, the customer service should at least be decent. I couldn’t even ask about the room price before the woman on the phone got an attitude, said it was 120, and hung up. I called back several times to address how unprofessional that was and asked for her name so I could speak to her manager. She wouldn’t tell me, kept hanging up, and eventually stopped answering altogether. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she really dislikes the language barrier, I can’t tell. After being treated that way, I’m pretty sure they don’t care whether tenants are happy.
