The Floranada Condo - Pompano Beach 19

The grounds were beautiful and well kept, and the pool was great. The condo was exceptional, and the beach was about a five-minute walk away. I loved staying here, it was definitely worth the price, and I’ll stay again!

For the price, the only good thing was the location and being close to the beach. The stay was below average. The rooms were outdated and very dirty, with stained walls, and the place needs renovation overall. The air conditioning wasn’t very good either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was cozy and nice, and other than the issues, it felt like home. The bed felt like a stale loaf 🍞 of bread, but the couch was soft like a Twinkie! Beach access is one block away, which is great, but the water was brown, had lots of sea weed, and smelled. The light house and nearby properties are beautiful. Just don’t go west into Pompano because it can be a rough place. I checked out a day early and didn’t ask for money back, since they still hadn’t responded to my earlier emails. The price is great, but then there’s another $300 in what felt like erroneous fees, and we had to clean the room ourselves. I’m not sure what the cleaning fee was for. I understand some guests leave a mess, but I didn’t, and barely used their things. I also had a hard time reaching the condo rep to check in early and never heard back. I emailed many times to get the address, but got no reply. The email they sent didn’t work, and I sent them a screenshot of the error, so I had to Google the location and find it myself.

Amazing place, top notch for years. The condition of the apartments and furnishings, like the coffee machine, toaster, stove, sofa, and TV, depends a lot on the owner. We recommend Condo 4 or 5.
