Divya at the front desk made check-in easy and was friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions. Shaun in the kitchen deserves a mention too. The hotel itself was clean and well cared for, with a welcoming feel and comfortable facilities for either a quick visit or a longer stay. The location worked well for us, and the staff made the experience especially enjoyable. I’d gladly stay here again.

We were four people traveling for work, and Cottonwood made a convenient stop just off I-95. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was a treat, especially the omelets Chef Shaun made for us. We all thought the stay turned out better than expected, and we’ll come back when we pass through Savannah. Definitely a good place to stay on the way.

Breakfast was a standout for the price, and the service there was attentive, with someone always around. The rooms and bathrooms were roomy, everything looked very clean, and there were plenty of fresh towels. The pool also appeared clean, and the facilities are quite large. I did notice a few small cockroaches and the bathtub faucet never got the water hot enough, but those seem like minor fixes. For what we paid, I left very satisfied and would still rate it 10 out of 10.

We came to see Savannah on a retirement trip and wanted to avoid the prices in town. The reasonable rate made me a little unsure at first, but the hotel had been recently renovated and our room was clean, spacious, and really nice. Breakfast was an added bonus, with Shaun making omelets. His joy is contagious, and his music taste is great. We didn’t spend much time with the rest of the staff, but if they’re anything like Shaun, this is an A+ place. We’ll be back.

After a full day on the road, this was a welcome find. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had more than the usual bagels and cereal, and I got a freshly made omelette from Shaun. It was delicious. I’ll stay here again on my way home 😄
