Quality Inn & Suites Salina National Forest Area

The room was gross and NOT CLEAN. The sheets were threadbare and seemed unclean, the carpet was dirty, and the tub and shower were awful. I slept in my clothes and put my own towel over the top sheet to try to rest. I can't confirm bed bugs, but I woke with little bites on my ankles above my socks. I grabbed my bags and left as soon as the sun came up. I was afraid to lift the sheets or flip the mattress. I arrived around 10:30pm on a Thursday, too tired to keep driving to my destination, and hoped to get a room at this barely full motel, hotel, whatever. The front desk woman seemed annoyed I was so late and barely answered questions about amenities or breakfast time. Worst front desk service, then a filthy room. As someone who travels a lot, this was hands down my worst experience in years. The owners should close for two days, fumigate, and deep clean, because that's what this place needs.

OUTSTANDING! The rooms were immaculate and breakfast was incredible. Vanessa went out of her way to make everything smooth and pleasant for me. I'll definitely be back!

On a road trip, we needed a room for the night and this was the only place we could find with a vacancy. The bed was okay, but the room was small, the deadbolt on our door was broken, and the shower shampoo dispenser was broken off. Breakfast was terrible, and someone was sleeping in front of the hotel. I would not recommend it.

The room was clean. In the morning my motorcycle wouldn't start because I'd left the key on and drained the battery. A staff member went out and bought jumper cables, but they didn't work. Another staff member then drove me to an auto parts store, where I bought a battery charger. The staff went beyond helpful.
