Best Western Plus Portland Airport Hotel & Suites

The full breakfast is a nice feature, and the room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff were all welcoming and courteous. I didn't use the gym or guest laundry, but it's good to have those options. Definitely a Best Western PLUS.

My family liked how quiet and clean it was, and the service was good. This is one of the cleanest places in the area under $150. The standard US continental breakfast wasn't something I'd usually eat. A shuttle to the airport and free parking are about 100 to this place Karma. After visiting Dubai and staying in a four-star hotel for 75 that could easily be five-star, I haven't found a place in the States I'd rate five stars. I'd give this place four overall, then take one off for the garbage truck collecting bins under my window at 2:30 a.m. Really, that's the best time they could arrange with the collection company? I would stay again, but I'd ask for a room as far from the dumpster as possible.

The room was a pleasure to sleep in, with very soft linens and a comfortable chair, so I didn't have to sit on the bed. I slept really well. The bathroom is a proper separate room, with its own fan, which is so useful for dampness and smells. The breakfast area was spotless and spacious, and the fridge had ice-cold milk, one of my favorites. Staff were attentive and super nice. We've stayed here before and will again. Of the three Best Western's we've visited this trip, this one is top notch.

The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of fresh, tasty choices to start the day. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything. Most of all, the bed was so comfortable, exactly what I want for a good night's sleep. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.
