Jasmine especially was super nice and helpful, and the rest of the staff were great too. My room was spacious and clean, parking was easy with my truck, and breakfast had options.

It was clean, and the workers were nice. The front door stays locked around the clock, and you need a key card to enter. I assume that’s because of homelessness or vandalism. The area didn’t feel scary to me, though maybe that’s just normal for the neighborhood. A good place to stay if you need to be in north Portland, with plenty of other Marriott locations nearby.

The staff were excellent, room service was prompt, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to the Oregon Coast or Mt Hood.

I’m still waiting for the overcharge to be fixed after several follow-ups. I booked a room and had an upgrade processed, but the hotel charged me a higher rate for the larger room. I noticed the incorrect rate at checkout, and the front desk said they’d correct it, but they didn’t. When I called again, the hotel confirmed it still hadn’t been fixed and said they’d take care of it. It’s frustrating to have to chase this after their repeated mistakes.
