The owners were kind and helpful, and the rate was low. I also had a comfortable bed, with several good local restaurants within walking distance. But the room needed serious attention. The TV didn't work at first, though the manager gladly fixed it. The shower had no hot water, and its handle came off when I tried to turn it from cold to hot. The air conditioner ran, but it was very noisy. I paid $87 for the night. I didn't expect the Four Seasons at that price, but I would've been better off at a Motel 6.

The family who live here were so friendly and accommodating, and I'd come back. The rooms were nice, clean, and everything worked. The only real drawback was that some of the other guests were a bit loud, which was outside the family's control. 10/10 recommended.

I was uneasy as soon as I came in. The room smelled like bleach, the floor was dirty with muddy footprints, and there was about half a gallon of milk left in the fridge. I also saw pee marks on the toilet seat and stains on the blanket when I sat on the bed. The TV remote didn't work either.

I came looking for somewhere cheap and convenient that wouldn't be gross, and found it here. The rates were good, the bed was comfy, and the rooms were clean. A really nice family had taken over about a month ago, and they were kind and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them and would definitely stay again. So far, it's been a great stay.

A lot has changed since the new management took over. It's a great place in a great area, definitely worth checking in.
