The views from The Indigo are fantastic, and it struck the right balance between high-rise luxury and feeling like home. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and conference room, theatre, guest suite, and gym. Parcel lockers made deliveries easy, and the garage connects indoors, which was handy. Having a pet relief area at the bottom of it was a must for late-night trips outside. We’re leaving after five years only because we bought our dream home. The staff made it hard to go: maintenance was prompt and courteous, and the leasing and community teams were friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The concierge team handled the desk, deliveries, and packages, and kept an eye on the building. It gave me real peace of mind knowing someone was there to keep out anyone who shouldn’t be inside.

I spent five years at The Indigo and loved living there. Alia made my recent move-out go smoothly and really went above and beyond. The whole concierge team is polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to Alia and everyone on staff for making my time there so enjoyable.

Alia, Jake, and Peter have made settling in at Indigo a real pleasure. They’re such a joy to see at the front desk, and all three are incredibly helpful, going well beyond what you’d expect. I just wanted to show my appreciation for the concierge staff.

The apartments are comfortable, with a good amount of closet space, and the building feels safe and clean even though the neighborhood has been challenging lately. Indigo’s staff rocks. The design is elegant and distinctive, and the gym, rooftop, cinema, meeting rooms, and shared spaces feel like welcoming, comfortable extensions of home.
