Adrian knew her stuff and made us feel at ease right away. She answered all our questions and followed up quickly. I wish finding an apartment were always this easy.

I paid my rent and bills on time and followed the lease, but after I told the receptionist, building manager, and maintenance worker I’d leave on 7th Sept, they charged me rent through 13th Sept. The receptionist had said I could leave the keys in the building, which I did. She also said cleaning the apartment myself would avoid a $250 fee, but that was still taken from my security deposit. I expected money back and now find I owe more. Rent invoices also had extra fees I’d never been told about, including lobby light and lobby cleaning charges. The AC never worked during the month I lived there, even after I reported it. The apartment wasn’t ready when I moved in, and workers kept entering to fix the baseboards. I never cooked, yet there was a gas bill. The receptionist gave me information that directly contradicted the building manager. This has been a terrible experience. I feel they’re scamming people and would tell others to stay away.

Adrian, who I believe is one of the managers, handled my concerns promptly and stayed positive throughout. She’s professional, friendly, and clearly cares about residents. I’ve already enjoyed the rooftop view and firepit, and I’m looking forward to the in-unit laundry, dishwasher, walk-in closet, gym, and possible game nights on the roof. I moved here because it cost only a little more than my old apartment, which had none of these amenities. The leasing team made me feel welcome right away, and I felt at home immediately. I never want to leave!
