The rooms were dirty and poorly kept, and the staff were rude and unwilling to help. They wouldn't even bring me towels. There is never any breakfast, despite what they claim. This place should really be torn down.

The online photos gave me a completely different idea of what to expect. The place was filthy and had roaches everywhere. I'll never stay here again.

The only bright spot was the woman who checked me in. She was nice. The rest of the stay was awful: everything seemed broken, the rooms were dirty, the shower wouldn't drain, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. There was no HBO or breakfast as advertised, and on our second morning we found one of our bags chewed through by mice. The sheets and mattresses were stained and burned. This place needs to be torn down.

We walked away and let them keep the full amount we'd paid because charging us to switch rooms made no sense when ours smelled so bad. The room was tiny, about the size of my kid's bedroom, and had a damp, possibly mildewy carpet smell. There were drag marks all over the walls. Outside, there was trash everywhere, including old tires, and people sat around on the walkway as if they lived there, staring us down as we went to our room. The state of the grounds should have told us what to expect.
